Excellent service

What a terrible experience. Bought a stand on mower in 2021 as I was assured by the salesman selling me the machine, that I would have help and support from their team if/when it was needed. this has NOT been my experience. It was also supposed to be picked up by Sharrock's in November and when I finally phoned them bk today to see what was going on, I still couldn't be given any information on a service time or pick up date and was told 'someone has meaning to phone me' ..... for two months.... So now when I use a service man that isn't at Sharrock's, my warranty will become void. Thankyou Sharrock's. I also went into the store at Sandbach last year to buy a tractor. Spent around 20-30 minutes with the salesman there and never heard anything back. The people I have dealt with have been polite and friendly. I will NOT use this place again

Wow, what a place. Every machine you could ever wish to buy, hire or even see. Fantastic service and maintenance department too. Full mower and tractor servicing as well as blade sharpening and cylinder regrinds. Ample customer parking and friendly, knowledgeable staff to offer help and advice on all your grounds maintenance and machinery needs.

Sorted out part for my mower quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant strowman talkative and helpful

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. Sharrocks broke my Kubota lawn tractor and handed it back in bits with a very large bill. The level of incompetence was staggering. They quoted a price to replace the carb and found they could not repair it but then decided to charge me for the assessment when I had already told them what the problem was when I drove it into their workshop! Their customer service was abrupt and short, i chased with very little response/ communication over 4 months!!! Kubota have dropped them as a dealer which is not surprising !

Called in for a mower part and some other bits friendly service, I've been going to sharrocks for years as the can get the parts or fix your gardening equipment.

Good machinery shop very helpful staff and experience what you asked for
