I have had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Claus herself. Zoe from Brookside Cottage Crafts invited me to collect the scrolls I purchased as I only live a stones throw away! I must say, Zoe is absolutely lovely, a real Mrs Claus, as well as being absolutely fantastic at her job, with so much passion and enthusiasm. I spent a good hour chatting to her about her job, her beautiful home, my family, as well as our own little Christmas traditions and magical stories. I have purchased 8 scrolls, different sizes for various stages over Christmas and our trip to Lapland, all personalised so that my children (boy, 10 and girl, 9) feel the real magic of Christmas. One of the scrolls will be waiting for the children on Christmas Eve, explaining how proud their mum, teachers and Santa are of them and that they have infact made the 'nice' list. Another will be waiting for them on Christmas day, this will invite the children (and mum of course) to Lapland, the following day, on Boxing Day!! The next scroll is what I will secretly be handing to the Santa when we visit in Lapland. It explains that although some questions maybe asked as well as hearing whispers and rumours about Christmas the magic is very much alive. Another scroll explains to the children that Santa has been following the fun we've been having in Lapland and that he even spotted Mum on a snowmobile!! All the scrolls reveal personal information for my children which will instill the magic! This includes their interests, teachers names, family and pet names, what they have been up to in Lapland, stories of when the children went above and beyond for other people. I am so excited to see their faces. Zoe also went above and beyond and made a cartoon version of my video alongside her very own Mrs Claus' cottage which I can show to the children after they have received their scrolls to add even more magic. Zoe's scrolls are a perfect way to add some extra magic to your trip to Lapland or just for Chrismas in general. Have a little look at my scrolls for this year and on Zoe's website where I also purchased some magical coins that I will place alongside the scrolls from the big man himself. You could use them as a reveal, while you are there, there really are endless possibilities. Zoe spent so much time on the phone with me, messaging me, she spent time in person to make sure the purchase and experience was floorless, I really can't fault Zoe and her magical business. I rarely write reviews but I just had to for the Lapland invitation, as Zoe’s service is exceptional! I sent on my own wording based on combination of the templates to create ideal message for my kids. The attention to detail, presentation and all communication was amazing and I really am so thankful to have this stunning invitation; and can’t wait for my kids to receive it!! The video has already produced tears from myself and others I showed it to, so I am super excited to pass on the magic! For anyone looking for a special way to surprise their kids, I wouldn’t look any further and look forward to framing ours in the future! Also for anyone from Ireland, I used A Post Address Pal. It worked great and received within 2 days.

I ordered a beautiful scroll for are big reveal to lapland and well what can I say, the whole experience from start to finish was brilliant almost magical i felt so confident and excited that the scroll would be just perfect and what can I say it's better than I imagined, the owner was so helpful, kind and very supportive. The attention to detail is just wonderful. I was that happy i then thought i wonder if I could get a letter for after we've been that maybe santa could leave on Christmas eve and that is again unbelievably perfect and was not a problem at all for Zoe she was brilliant at communicating and helping throughout making my idea just the most perfect magical piece of our Christmas dream ❤️

Absolutely fantastic experience. I ordered a letter and it was better than expected. The scroll is absolutely amazing and looks Authentic. My kids were fascinated that it also had the scent of a Christmas tree! Zoe was fantastic to deal with and replied promptly to any emails sent. I would highly recommend.

Exceptional. I haven’t even received our Lapland invitation and but thanks to Zoe’s fantastic communication, photos and video of the letters she’s produced for me, mere hours after I’d placed the order, I already know it’s going to be something special. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Absolutely gorgeous products and customer service is second to none. Placed order on Saturday and was immediately contacted to confirm my requirements and wording. Sent a video and photos of the scroll on Sunday and received the order on Tuesday. All communication was excellent and very friendly. The quality of the products is fabulous and what you would expect from the big man himself - the magic is definitely ingrained - I opened my parcel to the smell of Christmas. Absolutely wonderful. I ordered a scroll from Zoe and it's absolutely stunning. Her attention to detail in every aspect is what truly makes her work stand out. Her communication from order is very prompt and she was very helpful every step of the way, even taking the time to send picture and video updates of the scroll before she sent them and then the finished pictures and videos that I can also show my son. I just had to take a sneak peak at it when it arrived, I cannot wait to see my sons reaction. It came in a black envelope addressed to myself then inside that is a red envelope addressed to my son in gold writing and the SC stamp with the tube inside the red envelope that has his name on it. Which is a lovely touch and gives a couple of options on how you can present it. We had a slight issue with customs (having ordered from dublin) but Zoe dealt with it seamlessly. My experience has been great and Zoe exceeded my expectations I could not recommend her enough. Thank you so much again

The service I received from Zoe was absolutely outstanding. I enquired about a ‘write your own’ scroll for Christmas. The draft I sent was far too long, so Zoe put her magical touch to it and sent me back one which brought tears to my eyes. Everything I requested was fulfilled beyond my expectations, and I can’t thank her enough. Seeing the letter made me so excited, and dreams of taking the family to Lapland are becoming real!
